- Purpose: The policy is designed to provide clients with a mechanism to voluntarily freeze or block their trading accounts if they notice any suspicious activity.
- Request Procedures:
- Email Request: You can send a request to freeze your account at stoptrade@prssb.com during working hours. Please ensure that the email is sent from your registered email ID.
- Telephonic Request: Alternatively, you can call us at 079-26553734 or 66302835 during working hours. Verification will be conducted to confirm your identity before processing the request.
Timelines for Freezing Accounts:
- Requests received during trading hours will be processed within 15 minutes.
- Requests received after trading hours will be processed before the start of the next trading session.
- Post-Freezing Communication: After freezing your account, we will send a confirmation email detailing any open positions and contract expiry information within one hour.
- Unfreezing Accounts: To reactivate your account, please send an email request to stoptrade@prssb.com along with the reason for reactivation. We will conduct necessary due diligence before re-enabling access.
